Remove weekend days entirely

Is it possible to remove weekend days entirely from the Outlook 2003 calendar

(Yes, I know how to compress them, I would like them to be gone entirely

If my boss sees them on the calendar, he might want to schedule meetings!

Seriously, is there some way to get rid of them???

You could block out the weekends with an all day recurring
out-of-office appointment - this will stop anyone trying to book a
meeting when they see that a day is free... (perhaps not realising
that it is a weekend) - this works well with our meeting room booking
calendars...
 
You can choose your work week in Calendar options; just uncheck Saturday and Sunday. Then display work week.
