Remove user from logon screen

Greetings. I am running XP Pro.
A product has installed an additional user for its administration. That
user now shows up in the login screen and I would prefer it did not. I can
use the product by signing in with my own profile, and when prompted, supply
the admin. ID it created for performing admin. functions.

If you don't need it, and your primary login is also an Administrator, you might consider simply deleting it.

Something I have noticed quite often with Windows Experts is that they often build an elaborate directory structure down from their Desktop - which puts in into their profile, instead of simply on their hard drive. Removing that login may free up a great deal of space.
