remove/unremove data file

In Office Outlook 2003 under Data File Management, there is an option to
remove data files. Is there an option or a way to unremove data files in
order to recover it? Thanks.

You're only removing the connection; not the action data file. To reconnect
use
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

The Open command works with files that are Closed. What is the command to
recover a file after it is removed? Thanks.

After completing the Remove command by accident, the data file is no longer
available. The file name is no longer displayed under the Open command in
order to open it. Thus, it seems to be "deleted" permanently.

Is there a way to "undelete" the command in order to recover this data file
or a "unremove" command to reverse the Remove command? Thanks.

No, and I can assure you that Remove doesn't delete the actual file. Note
that File-> Open-> Outlook Data File only opens the default storage location
for pst-files. If you had located the pst-file somewhere else you'll need to
browse to that location.

The Outlook Data File does not show up in the folder that it was saved under.
I can not find this pst-file with a search with Windows Explorer as well. The
Outlook Data File is also not in the Recycle Bin. Where can it be if it is
not deleted? Thanks.

In a hidden folder. Enable viewing hidden files and folders.
