In my email messages I receive the word SPAM always is in the subject line
even messages from approved senders. How do I prevent the word SPAM from
being include? It is especially bad in that if I reply or forward the word
SPAM stays in subject line. This is on every email i receive

Thanks

Not an Outlook problem. Outlook never adds text to the subject, except for
the RE: and FW: strings. This is being added either by an antispam program
you installed or it's being added by your mail server provider.

Have you got Norton's anti-spam or Mcafee's anti-spam programs? These
programs are generally the culprit and so you need to go to their forums and
ask their experts. I did figure it out once in Norton's but I don't use it
anymore so I can't give you the steps here .Microsoft gives us free so why
pay?
