Remove sp3?? https access

Is there a procedure for removing this SP?

I cannot access some https sites with this sp loaded, but can with no sp's
loaded.

Alternatively, what is loaded in sp3 which might interfere with these https
sites?

What version of IE are you running? I use SP3 everywhere, use IE6 SP1, and
have no problems whatsoever....
 
This problem is common to all browsers, IE6SP1 and Mozilla 1.4

Have win2k on another box with no SPs running and no access problems.
The Sp's are the only difference in settings which I can find
