How do I remove the background from a slide in PP 2000? It's probably
obvious but I can't find it - have searched help for everything I can think
of.

Every slide has a background, even if it is just white. So maybe your just want
to change it? Also, you can directly apply a background to a specific slide, or
you can change the background of the Slide Master and that will change the
background of all slides.

To change the background of a slide, go to Format > Background and assign a
different color. In your case you may want to change it to white or black,
depending on the color of your text.

Does that help?

Thanks.
