Greetings Bert,

You nailed it -- in the Dutch version of Windows XP, there is a bug which prevents this from
working. As such, you'll need to remove all the passports by simply removing your
Credentials file (all your saved Passports in the current account be removed). To do so,
click Start, then Run, type:
%appdata%\microsoft\Credentials
and then click OK.
Then in the folder that appears you'll see another folder with a very long name, right click
this folder, choose Delete, then confirm the operation. You'll then need to reboot to see
the change.

Hello,

I have a problem with the removing of the saved
passwords. I have seen the solution for this at
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/problem.aspx?ID=2 but
1) clicking the remove does not seem to work
2) I have no "ädd" button.

I use a dutch XP Home edition is that the answer, or is
there an other reason?
