Remove Right Side Icon/Taskbar

At start up, the Dell Alert Icon appears. I can right click the icon and then
click
exit, but I would like to eliminate it from start up. If I need to access
this alert,
I can go to: start>all programs>dell applications>support and then alerts. It
annoys me to have this icon appear at start up. Thank you for your time.
