Can I do that? I have some pages that won't open, and I think there's a
problem with IE. What I'd like to do is completely delete it, then do a
reinstall. Is that something I can do, and if so, what do I need to
complete the task.

Thanks!

Repair/Reinstall seldom fixes IE problems. How about describing the
problem?

Hijackware (the source of your problems) infects Windows, not IE, so
reinstalling IE won't help nor will a Repair Install of Windows.

When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this
isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a local, reputable and
independent (i.e., not BigBoxStoreUSA) computer repair shop.
