remove program files for all users to administrator only

I have a couple of programs I don't want to share with my daughter. I tried to check the box under the sharing tab but it is greyed out. I moved one tax program over to the administrator but it won't operate from the shortcut so I had to put it back under all users.

1. You will not find applications under ALL USERS, because this folder
only keeps some data and shortcuts for your applications, but not the
programs itself.
2. Moving the shortcuts from ALL USERS to the START MENU / DESKTOP
folder of your own user profile will not corrupt the installations,
but it will hide the programs for all other users.
