Remove partition

I have 40GB FAT 32 Hard disk, with 3 partition.
C,D and E
C is loaded with XP
D is loaded with 98
E remains for data etc

Now I want to remove partition E, is it possible with damaging windows

It depends on what you mean by "remove partition E". If you want to
merge that partition with D:, you can do it from Disk Management but it
will wipe out Windows 98. If you want to add E: to D: for a bigger
Windows 98 partition, you'll need third-party partitioning software.
