remove "on behalf of" from the From box

I would like to remove "on behalf of" from the From box when I send out an
email on behalf of someone else
 
the admin will need to give you send as permission to that person's mailbox.

Sorry, I guess I didn't make myself very clear. I can send out an email from
another person, but when that person recieves the email it has my name in the
'From:" line as in : "From xxxxxxx on behalf of yyyyyyyyyy". I just want it
to say "From: yyyyyyyyyyy"

but once I figured it out, your solution worked just fine

The admin needs to give the second user "Send as" permission on the first
mailbox. It's done through the Exchange system manager.

I made the modofication through system manager, but still On Behalf Of still
showed. How long does this take to propagate? FYI, we are using Cached
Exchange Mode.

can someone please please give me a simple explanation as to how to remove the 'on behalf of'?
I do not know what Exchange system manager is - I only have outlook express. Please help anyone!
