How can I remove old locations from the pull down list in calendar that no
longer apply?

Okay, can you read and follow the really simple directions?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, PJD asked:

| but, It looks too complex for me. Hey Milly, when do we get a real
| maintenance screen where we can add, delete or edit locations without
| disturbing all of the others?

This sounds like a feature request. Millie is saying that you can
completely clear any of Outlook's "most recently used" ("MRU") lists by
following the slipstick site instructions.

The user was asking to edit the list, which isn't possible without
programming, beyond VBScript and forms. An MRU editor would be an
interesting feature, but it isn't available in Outlook now.

Thank you for that uncomplicated, un-encypted answer, ProfDD.

Not a lot of people are comfortable with editing the registry, no matter how
simple the instructions. It can lead to disasterous results.

It seems as though this 'basic' feature (list maintenance) should have been
added before (now). You should always be able to add, edit and delete items
of any type or class.

I will be sure and post it as a suggestion for Microsoft or send them an
e-mail. Thanks again.
