remove network

My computer used to be networked, I am trying to remove my
norton corporate edition antivirus and have gotten down to
the vp2shell.dll file. I cannot delete or move, in use by
Windows. This is in the Symantec Shared folder. Help

One method might be to kill the process using the dll. then you should be
able to delete it.
