Remove network password

Kimberly

I've been trying to figure this out for a few days now.
Any suggestions would be a great help.

Our local intranet had been installed on an employees
computer and shared on the network. Since we couldn't
access the intranet when her computer was not turned on I
decided to move the intranet to our "server". Our server
is a computer located in the basement with Windows 2000
Professional as it's operating system. However, when it
came time to add the links on everyone's computers I keep
getting a request for a "network password" in order to
logon to the "server computer." I returned to the
computer and removed what I thought was every security
setting on the computer, yet I'm still getting the same
message. Does anyone know how to remove the security
settings? Most of our staff has windows 2000 except for
three of us who have xp, I am able to logon to the
network as an administrator, however I can not give out
the administrator information to every employee, let
alone logon for them every morning.

PLEASE HELP. Or email for more information...I'd be glad
to provide whatever I can to get this DONE!

Thanks.
Kimberly
