I have a "boot" folder that I can't remove in XP. File in use error.
Vista setup failed with a blue screen, and I was unable to find a BIOS
update (ACPI) for my gateway laptop. I restored my boot option using the
provided utility in Vista, and everything is working great, but I'm left with
this folder. I've booted to the cmd prompt, and renamed it, but still can't
remove the folder. It has a ton of files in it so it would take a long time
to boot to safe mode cmd prompt and go through each one and delete them.
There was never a "rollback" option that help describes. Worst installation
boondoggle I've seen out of MS yet.
