REMOVE KAZAA

I NEED TO REMOVE KAZAA FROM MY COMPUTER.WHEN I GO IN TO ADD/REMOVE CLICK TO REMOVE. INSTALLSHIELD(R) POPS UP AND TELLS ME THEY ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE. COULD SOME ONE TELL ME HOW TO REMOVE THIS FROM MY MACHINE
 
I would recommend also getting Spybot, which will take
care of those annoying pop-ups.
