Remove holidays on calendar

There is no other way to delete duplicated holidays except by going to
view/events and deleting them? You'd have to go through all upcoming years
of holidays!!! Anyone know a better/easier way?
 
Display your calendar by categories, and delete the Holidays category in its
entirity.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
