Remove Folders

I have 3 users set up on my PC. I have copied the contents from all of the
'My Documents' folders into my other hard drive(F:\) on my computer but i
cannot delete the originals that are in C:\.
By that i mean i have deleted the original contents in these folders but
cannot delete the empty folders.

This is true. You can't.

Everything in the documents and settings hierarchy is pretty much locked
down. You can relocate My Documents, but not in the fashion you did.

and grab, at the least, TweakUI. You can use it to manipulate the location
of My Documents with having to hack the registry on your own.

Have you deleted those users from Control Panel, Users?
