remove film

I can"t remove some films, once downloaded from Kazaa? The error says that there is another programm using this file, but that is not the case. I tried removing my shared folders etc. but nothing works
What can I do?

Take Kaaza off your pc. also another option is to make sure
that Kaaza is not running where your time is displayed, make sure
Kaaza is closed

Don't take Kazaa off your PC. pfft...that guy below is a
moron. Just make sure Kazaa isn't running in the task menu
and also, make sure nothing in the task menu is running
that file.

this is a common problem for XP if file is slightly corrupt, it's trying
to build a thumbnail icon but never really gets there, one way i've
found to delete the files is to reboot into safe mode, if you are lucky
you can then delete the files. failing that try booting with windows cd
then use the first repair option, this will get you into console mode
(looks like dos)where you can access the files on an ntfs patition to
delete or replace them
