Remove Files from server

When we publish our site to the server (Front Page 2000) we have to go in and
manualy remove the files from the server. They used to come out automaticly
but that stopped when a new server was installed. How can we get this back
so files NOT used are automaticlly deleted from the server......Thanks
 
You must do a complete publish from the server to your local machine, then do any deletions, then
you can publish back to the live/remote server using the change pages only option.
