Remove Domain Controller from network

Hi, We have 4 domain controllers in our network. We want to remove one of the
domain controllers from the network permanently, but it has completly died
and will not boot due to hard drive failure and backups fail. The server info
etc is still defined in Active Directory. What is the best way to decomission
this server properly without it actually working? Thanks
