Remove deleted DC replication links - replmon.gif (0/1)

Hello!

I have demoted an old DC server and create a new one
so the network have 2 DCs , replication between them is ok
but they both try to replicate with old deleted DC
see the enclosed picture
ntdsutil and GUI tools did not show me this old server
how to remove these replication link?
