Remove colored box around image hyperlink ?

Is it possible to remove the colored box that is created when you attach a
hyperlink to an image ? I'm using Front Page 98, but I'm sure there's an
answer somewhere so I can just change the source code.

If it's possible, without changing the background of the whole page, it will
save re-working the entire page so the colored box looks ok. Now it is
really, really, bad.

So bad, that I've removed the image hyperlink and added the hyperlink to the
text instead. Kind of limping along until I can come up with a definite
answer.

Help ?

In the image properties set the border to 0
