Remove BCC from Outlook 2003?

Is there a way to remove or hide the BCC option from Outlook? Been
directed to do this by management but can't find a way to do this
looking online.

In Outlook you are not able to do this. Go back to management and advise them that you are or they are using Outlook as the email client and you are not using AOL mail in which it can be done. Someone or somebody in management does not know the difference. between email clients.

Might also be worth talking to management to determine why they want to do
this to see if there might not be a different option. Sounds like a trust
issue.
