Remove Background Noise

Hello everyone, i've recorded a conversation, played it back and there is a lot of background noise and i cant hear the people either cos their whispering!!

i've tried using audacity and wavasour but i am useless on computers!! is there anyone out there who could sort this recording and email it back to me so that i can actually hear it properly?? i know it sounds cheeky to ask instead of actually learn how to do it myself. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
 
For a start, it's probably not legal to make covert recordings like this - especially if they are available to a 3rd party like this.

I also highly doubt anyone else would want to sort your recording, however there are plenty of noise reduction tutorials on the net already:
