Remove and/or backup address history

Hello all,
When using Outlook 2007 (or 2003 as well I think), everytime you send an
e-mail, who you sent it to, gets added to a history.
Does anyone know where that history is kept, and if its manageable?

One of the problems we face is that if a user (even on an Exchange system)
gets a new mailbox for whatever reason, the history of everyone who sent
them e-mail, comes back as a bad address.
They literally have to go back into the Global Address List to re-pick that
user, but then the history will have two of them. It doesn't always correct
itself, depending on the computer.

If anyone knows where this is, please let me know.

How to Delete the Entire History List File

If you find too many of the addresses in the history are malformed or you
wish to move a history list from one computer to another, you can find the
file in the following location: C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\<profile_name>.NK2
You will have to have hidden files and folders disabled in folder options to
see the application data folder.

How to Remove Individual Names from History List

1.. Begin typing the name of the name you wish to remove in the Outlook
TO: Field in a new message.
2.. Use the arrow key (not the mouse) to select the incorrect name.
3.. Hit the Delete key (not Back Space). This will remove the name from
the history list.
I do know that #3 works as I use it often.

Both answers were correct.
You can delete items from the autofill history (it works in IE too).

....and the other thing showed me where to find the file where its located.
We just need a too to deal with it when necessary.
