I found out that my toshiba does indeed have a restore CD and in fact,
three. All I had to do was pop them in ...in order and it gave me th
option
to restore the system and wipe off all data. Thanks all.

I suggest formatting the drive and re-installing Windows. This will
ensure
that all of your existing files and applications are cleaned off the
computer before handing your computer off.
