Remove a non-existent DC

I need to remove a non-existent DC from our AD. At first, running
dcdiag returned replication attempt errors. Then, perhaps mistakenly,
I removed the DNS for the dead server and now dcdiag returns the
output quoted below. I am an AD noobbie and need some help clearing
this up. I have read about using LDP.exe to remove objects, but I am
not familiar enough to make any changes. Can someone give me a hand
with this?
