Are there any programs that one can download for free that will erase
all the parasites and spy files on the computer? I noticed that some
will scan for the malware but when you want to remove them they ask
you to register (which actually means purchase)their program.

These companies are doing very important work to protect your
computer and the Internet. Why not pay them?

No. You can't be sure that really *all* malware will be detected. To be
