Removal of website page

There is a website page that has found its way onto my
desktop. when I try to remove it, an error window pops
up, saying that the page cannot be deleted because "access
is denied; the sorce file may be in use".

desktop. when I try to remove it, an error window pops
up, saying that the page cannot be deleted because "access
is denied; the sorce file may be in use".

This little utility includes a "move on boot" capability, so that it
can delete files before the system starts using them.
