Removal of websight addresses not removed by the clear history button

Got my hands slapped by "Common Sense"??? over on the CHAT
section. OKAY!.....this is my first time on the community
newsgroup.
At any rate, thought I'd post this on the "right section"
and see if someone is willing to help me on this.
Any takers????



Can someone tell me how to remove a website address from
 
It's OK, Blu. We're nicer here...

Corruption can cause data to get "stuck" in the History folder or it's
index.dat file.

Delete the damaged History folder- a new one will be created on restart.

Free History Eraser from
http://smartprotector.com/eraser/free-history-eraser.htm will delete the
History folder in Windows 9x,2K, XP.

You're right. You guys are a nicer group!
I have spent a large part of my life working with
engineers. Common Sense must be an engineer by training.
