Removal of dialer and associates services

Please help, I somehow acquired a dialer on my system
called nice2@telebizz. Additionally a dektop shortcut
called teen seks video is installed as well as a
favourite on IE 6.0

I have tried removing all of the offending items but they
keep reinstalling themselves regardless of reboot. I have
reviewed the services installed on the system by running
msconfig and have found a service called startit. If i
disable this service then the problem is eliminated.
until I reboot the device. I have found an entry in the
registry that also includes the startit app and I have
deleted this. The problem is that at thenext reboot it
returns. I am going round in circles trying to find a
service that must be running that installs all these
desktop icons, etc etc. Norton Antivirus corporte 2002
doesn't find the issue either so I am now struggling to
find the answer.

All help would be appreciated.

Spybot does not solve the problem as I have already

tried it. I have also tried a trojan hunter to no avail.

Does anyone have any further ideas....thanks Jason
