Remove the .PST file from the laptop. If you don't know the path to the
file, open Outlook, make sure the Folder List is visible (View | Folder
List), right click the root folder of the file (usually "Personal Folders"
or "Outlook Today"), select Properties, click Advanced, and look at the
Filename box.
If you will need the data in this .PST later, burn a copy onto a CD before
deleting it from the laptop. (You won't be able to use it directly from the
CD because Outlook needs write access, but you can copy it back to your
machine when you need it.)
