When I open my E-Mail most of the times my attachment has
been removed with a message that reads OE removed access
to the following unsafe attachments in you mail. How do
I stop that from happening ?

The following file types are blocked in Outlook to prevent viruses from
being spread: ade, adp, asx, bas, bat, chm, cmd, com, cpl, crt, exe, hlp,
hta, inf, ins, isp, js, jse, lnk, mda, mdb, mde, mdz, msc, msi, msp, mst,
pcd, pif, prf, reg, scf, scr, sct, shb, shs, url, vb, vbe, vbs, wsc, wsf,
wsh. Outlook Web Access does not block any attachments.

To stop Outlook from blocking any of these file types, open your registry
editor and go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Security. Create a
new String value, or modify the existing value, called "Level1Remove" and
set it to equal a semi-colon separated list of the extension(s) you want to
allow. Restart Outlook for the change to take effect.
