removal of attachments

Hi there

Outlook Express has started automatically removing ant
attachments that are sent to me by email..Does anyone
have this problem and if so can you tel me how to stop
it...the message reads

OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in
your mail...

it is removing anything that is attached including
photographs sent to me by people I know

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
