removal of a link

a link has been added to the box that opens when i right
click on a web page, can anyone tell me how to remove it,
i tried all i know and its still there.

Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.
