Removable Disk(F:)

Believe it or not I have no idea where this 'Removable Disk(F:) came
from. It is now listed permanently. Using XP home.

Any help?

Any other info needed?

Some applications install a virtual drive, like Alcohol 120%. These can
usually be disabled in the program's settings.

To help trace its orogin, check in Device Manager and give us a list of
that drive's drivers. From that, we can tell where it came from.

Did someone left the USB key disk at the back of your PC?

I do that quite often (which explains why I keep losing my USB key disk!)
