Access removable disk e not accessible

when i connect my phone to my pc it sat says removable disk e not accessible the maximum number of secrets that may be stored in a single system has been exceeded. how can i solve this problem i have windows xp and my phone is the touch diamond from sprint

Hi and welcome to PCReview.

Have you tried a different port??
If so and it didnt work try,
Go to start / computer / removable disc and try and and access it from here. You should get more options here. It if opens up for you, you can just copy and save to your desktop.

Hope this helps...if not, give it a while and someone with more experience comes along. It wont be long.

Did you try going into my computer/ removable and if so, what happened then?

Also, I dont wanna sound funny but is your phone turned on?
