Remotly Performance Monitoring

Hi,

We have 5 servers in place & when we try to Monitor the servers it just
desn't start.

the description of the error in the event log is as follows
" The service was unable to add the counter '\\server1\Processor(_Total)\%
Processor Time' to the server1 log or alert. This log or alert will continue,
but data for that counter will not be collected. To collect data from a
remote computer, the Performance Logs and Alerts service must run under an
account that has access to the remote system. "
All though we have full rights & access to our servers we are facing this
prob.
Can any one Please help us in this regard.

I've solved the same problem with changing that registries.
However, connecting remotely from XP to XP is well
but from Win2K to XP is failed.
