Hello, I am the network admin and I am running VISTA Business. My clients
have WIN XP PRO.
My AD runs on a 2008 & 2003 server mixture.
occasionally, I notice that some clients' system clocks are off by 2-3
minutes and sometimes more.
I have created a logon script that forces the system clock to sync with the
domain.

Any ideas as to why some of these computers become out of sync occasionally?

What can i do to check this?

If possible, i would like to be able to sync their PCs from my workstation
remotely without having to RDP into the PC.

You may want to use net time command to troubleshoot it. This search result
