My computer genius son installed remotely possible 32 on
my xp machine. I can no longer change back to the
Welcome screen. when I go into users and try to change to
the xp welcome screen I get a message saying logonrem.dll
will not allow the change.... If I remove the software I
cannot logon at all. HELP!!!

Check the new program's help file or online tech support for directions to
uninstall. Hopefully these resources will detail exactly what changes this
software has made and how to restore default behavior.

After getting the registry entries corrected, you'll want to check that you
have a copy of msgina.dll in the Windows\system32 folder. If not present,
extract one from your WinXP installation media.
