Remotely clearing print queue on print server

A PDC is acting as a print server, running 2003 Server, so users can't
log into it to clear the queue. Is there a way to do that remotely? If
not, of course, I'll move the function to a workstation, but it would
not be preferable.

Ok, but is there a way to do it from their workstations? They can't
even login to the print server because it's also the PDC.
