remote

When I try to launch a scrabble game, I get this "looking
for remote", and then nothing happens....where can I find
out how to remedy this????..what is "remote"...I can
play, but cannot host:(
 
Have you contacted the support section of whatever software company wrote
the game you're attempting to play? We really haven't a clue other than "a
scrabble game" and there are many on the market. The best source for
assistance would be their specific support section.
