When I telnet 80 I got an error"Entry Point Not Found" The procedure entry
point RtIpv4StringToAddressW could not be located in the dynamic link library
ntdll.dll.
what should I do? I am sorry, I am not a networking guy.
Thank you.

you do this command: "telnet IP port#" IP is remote computer IP and port# is 80 or 3389.

Do you meant remote computer IP is the IP that I got from this web site?
http://www.whatismyip.org/
or my windows XP IP? or my ISP?

ex: when I got IP 70.54.53.118 from above website, then I type like this:
telnet 70.54.53.118:80
But I got the message "Webpage not found"
