Remote Users

Have small LAN of 2 W2K servers and about 20 workstations.
Two outside users need to access few files on one server.
What would be the best/safest approach? Should I add them
as users in Domain and have them access my network (RAS)
through VPN? Or there are other better possibilities like
publishing those files?

I supposed there are different ways to do this from setting up a web, ftp or Remote access server, but you have consider security issues when making that
