Ooopppss...I missread your post and I had it backward...
Unless the W2K box (the home PC) is running Terminal Services, which I believe only runs on W2K
Server, then UltraVNC is your option. If in fact the W2K box is running Server, then you can use XP
(the remote PC) Remote Desktop as a client and connect to the Terminal Server.
