Remote Task manager

Does anyone know of a way to connect to other computers
using Remote task manager. We would like to find a way to
stop and various processes without having to go to the
computer. I know there are 3rd party vendors out there
selling software, but I would think MS would have
something they had developed to accomplish this. I am
having no luck with the Knowledge Base. Help is greatly
appreciated.

How about connecting via remote assistance and shutting down the tasks that
way?
 
Thanks Arnold, it remote assistance different than remote
desktop, we dont want to interrupt any of the users by
asking their assistance.
