Recently purchased a pc for my parents ...
They are not PC savvy ...
Want to maintain their system remotely ...
Both of us have high speed internet (two different ISP
providers)
Both have XP ...

Whats's the best software solution for this without
sacrificing the security on their system?

Thanks in advance!

Remote Assistance... If your parents do not use a router, it is even
easier...

Take a look at:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/using/howto/gethelp/remoteassist/default.asp

This will work with both Windows XP Home and Windows XP Professional.
