I tried shutdown a pc on my cluster but I received this message
"C:\shutdown -s -m \\Pc01-cluste
Access is denied
C:\
Why do this appear
What do I have to do
Can I have permission to execute this shutdown remotely
How can I see this?

You need to have administrative permissions on the target PC to execute this
command.

I'm not very familiar with the shutdown syntax--I tend to use tsshutdn with
XP machines.

One way to manage this may be the runas command, but I haven't tried to work
out the syntax of doing this--I haven't had the problem in the networks I
work with.
